Office space to doctors clinic conversion
This new doctor’s clinic designed by Sol Atkinson of Atkinson Harwood Architecture, sits on the ground floor of a three-storey commercial building in Napier. Converting the office space into a doctor’s surgery was challenging from a plumbing perspective; while the doctors needed hand basins in each room, the existing plumbing structure did not reach most of these spaces, and cutting up the floor in order to install additional waste pipes would have affected the structural integrity of the building.

Plumbing solution for innovative wooden building

Dental clinic
When creating a new dental clinic in an existing office/retail space, there is often not adequate drainage access. Most of the time, there are restrictions to how many core holes a new business can place through their floor to create drainage, and in some instances they cannot make any penetrations at all. In these situations, a macerator or grey water pump is the solution.

Surat Basin Mining Camp
To create all-inclusive accommodation for multiple temporary mining camps for up to 180 people, a plumbing solution that complies with strict environmental regulations was needed.
